Jamie Martin, PMP, senior consultant at Black Diamond Networks, is a process and program management professional with 20 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. He has extensive experience in biopharmaceutical process tech transfer from scale up and development through process improvement, qualification and regulatory submission & approval. He is an accomplished program manager and leader in medical device and combination device space including product development, design verification & validation, quality systems implementation and regulatory submissions & approval. To his credit he has three biopharmaceutical process transfers resulting in successful process qualification and regulatory clearance and six Class II and III medical devices taken from early phase product development through regulatory clearance and commercial launch. He’s implemented quality management systems and system improvements across multiple biotech sector.
